Movimiento para todos: currículo, inclusión y adaptaciones en educación física
Sinopse
La educación física es, probablemente, el área del currículo escolar en la que la diversidad humana se hace más visible. En la cancha, el patio o el coliseo, las diferencias de capacidad, de experiencia motriz, de ritmo de aprendizaje, de género, de origen cultural o de condición socioeconómica no quedan ocultas detrás de un pupitre: se expresan en el cuerpo, en el movimiento y en la relación con los demás. Esa exposición convierte a la clase de educación física en un escenario privilegiado para la inclusión, pero también en uno de los espacios escolares donde con mayor facilidad se reproducen la exclusión, la exención y la participación meramente simbólica.
Movimiento para todos: currículo, inclusión y adaptaciones en educación física nace de esa doble constatación. La obra recoge la experiencia docente e investigativa de sus autores en la formación de licenciados en Educación Física, Recreación y Deportes en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad del Atlántico. En esos recorridos hemos encontrado, una y otra vez, a docentes convencidos del valor de la inclusión que, sin embargo, no disponen de herramientas concretas para traducir los principios y la norma en decisiones de clase: cómo formular una meta a la que todos puedan aspirar, cómo modificar un juego sin desnaturalizarlo, cómo evaluar con justicia a un grupo heterogéneo o cómo documentar los ajustes razonables en el Plan Individual de Ajustes Razonables (PIAR).
